SUREFIT Webinar in Valladolid: Demo Building Presentation

On 28th  of October, the much-anticipated SUREFIT webinar in Valladolid, was concluded with great success!  It was attended by members from professional bodies like technicians, installers and builders, as well as students and teachers, who they offer a unique perspective to the conversation. In total, those who attended the webinar were approximately 100.

The key themes of the event were highlighted as critical questions:

-How can we cope with the demands created by the exponential climate change?

-What are the innovative results discovered during the 4-year SUREFIT project?

-How can we exploit those achievements in existing structures, in the most efficient way?

At the webinar there was a thorough description of the installation in the Spanish demo building, according to its individual structural characteristics. Additionally, all the difficulties encountered due to the oldness of the buildings, were discussed.

The presentation of the implemented technologies concluded with an acknowledgment of all consortium partners and their contributions to the SUREFIT project.
